Background

Keith was born in Laredo, grew up in Cotulla, and has practiced as an attorney for over five years in courts throughout south and central Texas. He assists clients in both litigation and transactions in a variety of areas, including oil and gas, title disputes, real estate, and condemnation, with a particular focus on land and mineral owner representation. Keith also handles other areas of civil litigation, probate, estate planning, and issues involving nonprofit organizations. Before co-founding Martinez, Franklin & Morales, PLLC, Keith practiced with Person, Whitworth, Borchers & Morales, LLP (2013-2019).
